The structure of the building
1. The 450 sq ft house will have two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a common bathroom and a sitting area.
2. Depending on the structure of the land on which the house is to be built, the foundation will be made of rock or concrete.
3. The roof of this house will be concrete and the floor will be tiled.
4. There will be seven wooden windows and four wooden doors with one bathroom ventilation and one bathroom door.
5. The electrical and plumbing work of the house will be done with fittings including fans and lights.
6. All work, including plastering and painting the house, will be provided to the eligible applicants.

3. ഈ വീടിന്റെ മേൽക്കൂര വാർത്തതും തറ ടൈൽസ് ഒട്ടിച്ചതുമായിരിക്കും.
4. തടികൊണ്ട് നിർമ്മിച്ച ഏഴ് ജനലുകളും നാല് വാതിലുകളും ഒരു ബാത്റൂം വെന്റിലേഷനും ഒരു ബാത്റൂം ഡോറും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും.
5. വീടിന്റെ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ പ്ലംബിങ് വർക്കുകൾ ഫാൻ, ലൈറ്റുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള ഫിറ്റിംഗ്സ് ഓടുകൂടി ചെയ്യും.
6. തേച്ചു വൃത്തിയാക്കിയ വീട് പെയിന്റിങ് ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള എല്ലാ പണികളും തീർത്ത് അർഹരായ അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് നൽകും .
