1. Copy of the property deed documenting ownership.

2. A copy of the property tax receipt for the current year.

3. A copy of income certificate from the village officer.

4. Certificate of encumbrance - 10 years.

5. Bank statement for the current year of bank accounts in the name of the applicant - one year.

6. Copy of the applicant's Aadhaar card.

7. Copy of the Ration Card.

8. Certificate of Disability if any.

9. Doctor's Certificate if you are sick.

10. Other relevant items.

2. നടപ്പുവർഷത്തെ വസ്തുവിന്റെ കരം അടച്ച രസീതിന്റെ പകർപ്പ്.

3. വില്ലേജിൽ നിന്നുള്ള വരുമാന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ പകർപ്പ്.

4. സ്വന്തമായുള്ള വസ്തുവിനെ ബാധ്യതാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (10 വർഷം).

5. അപേക്ഷകന്റെ പേരിലുള്ള ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടുകളുടെ നടപ്പുവർഷത്തെ ബാങ്ക് സ്റ്റേറ്റ്മെന്റ് (ഒരു വർഷം).

6. അപേക്ഷകന്റെ ആധാർ കാർഡിന്റെ പകർപ്പ്.

7. റേഷൻ കാർഡിലെ പകർപ്പ്.

8. ഡിസബിലിറ്റി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് (വികലാംഗർ).
